How can I have an endorsement removed from my policy?
Contact Us and request an Endorsement Removal Form. If you have been symptom-free from the condition to which the endorsement relates and have not taken any medication for this condition for the duration of the endorsement, complete the form, ask your doctor to sign it and return it to us at the address shown.

Can I keep my policy if I move/work abroad?
A) CBS customers: Only if you work or live abroad for less than 13 consecutive weeks in any 12 months.
B) Accident/Healthcare customers: The policy can remain in force as long as the direct debit is attached to an Irish Bank Account. Please refer to your policy documents to identify the countries for which your policy provides cover.
